On each product page, you'll find a personalization box where you can enter the text you'd like engraved. Double-check spelling, dates, and formatting before placing your order.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.

6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue.

8. What if my bracelet arrives damaged or with the wrong engraving?
We’ll make it right! Please email us at Forevermineco12@gmail.com with a photo and your order number—we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

10. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All our bracelets come in elegant, ready-to-gift packaging. If you’re sending a gift directly to someone, you can also leave a personalized message at checkout—we’ll include it with your order at no extra cost.
