At Forever Mine Co, your satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are custom engraved and made to order, we have specific policies in place to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged

The engraving is incorrect due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake in the engraving that was not on your original order:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference

Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your piece will be in production and cannot be canceled or changed.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If we request a return (in rare cases), we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

We are not responsible for errors in engraving that were submitted incorrectly during your order. Please double-check all personalization before submitting.

Refunds can take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account once approved.
